Late, Missing, or Undelivered Orders

• Refunds are processed after verification with the shipping carrier
 
Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Products
• Products damaged in transit, broken, or incorrectly shipped due to our error or the shipping carrier are eligible for a replacement or refund
• Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos
• Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a refund if a replacement is unavailable
 
Returns of Unopened Products
• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original, sealed packaging
• Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected
 
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account, as processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Exchanges
